Transfer Cell with end forming

Eaton Leonard's Transfer Cell is a modular concept to automatically end form tube for the automotive industry, including brake lines, air conditioning tubes, fuel lines, etc.

The Transfer Cell can incorporate an E-form, E-Roll, chamfering unit, marking, fitting installation (flange, shell, nuts), camera checking, and more.

The same transfer can end form both short (200mm) and long (4000mm) tubes

Adjustments are CNC (length, E- Form, etc)
