VB 152 HP

Tubing up to 152mm (6.0”) diameter and pipe up to 4” schedule 80 are bent easily quickly and accurately with the VB 152 HP. Engineered for automation with high level control technology and robust mechanical design, the VB 152 HP meets the most demanding large diameter production applications.

The VB 152 HP uses the proven Lightspeed Windows-based control system. Interface capability with the Eaton Leonard Vector 1 data center as standard.

Features and Options

High torque bend arm easily forms high strength alloy tubing and heavy pipe
Heavy-duty carriage system with electric servomotors provide superior accuracy and reliability
Low noise, kidney-loop hydraulic system with o-ring seals and water/oil cooler maximizes system efficiency and prevents leakage
