VB 80 HP
Capable of bending 80 mm (3.15") diameter tubing, Eaton Leonard's VB 80 HP combines the latest technology and features for maximum productivity, part quality, reliability and fast set-up. Typical applications include automotive exhaust tubes, structural components and high strength aircraft tubing.
The Eaton Leonard VB 80 HP is available with several unique accessories for extremely fast setup and changeover. Quick setup is realized through automatic pressure die setup, programmable centerline line radius and power assisted tool change features. Other common accessories include a multi-position headshifter for stacked tool applications, and automatic loading devices.

- Dual-mode, self-calibrating pressure die system automatically calibrates pressure die position for quick setup
- Headshifter option enables bending of parts with multiple radii and diameters, compound bends, and rectangular parts in both planes
- Semiautomatic and fully automatic loading systems for continuous production
